This global HR company based in Zurich has more than 31,000 full-time employees. With more than 5,000 branches in over 60 countries, it provides a range of services, including recruitment, personnel management, talent development and more.

One of the company’s biggest challenges was moving its internal processes from manual and semi-manual to fully automated. It was up to Devoteam to make the process of adapting the new platform as smooth as possible.

The solution

Devoteam, in combination with ServiceNow, provided the best solution for the leading HR company. Implementing ServiceNow GRC solution, the company had better access to customized processes and could import existing policies and controls.

The internal IT team was able to use a centralized approach in managing security processes. Automated processes and reports and user training made it easier for users to be familiarized with the platform.
